I have always been driven to achieve my own goals in life and in so doing, help others to do the same. My passion in life has been to serve and empower others to achieve their full potential. Then I realised this is where my destiny lay. I have over 30 years experience in the public sector; local authorities, policing and education; consulting, coaching and empowering others with many diverse challenges and goals. I have spent over 20 years in supervisory and management positions, motivating, leading, supporting and directing staff, critical incident management, dispute resolution and performance management.
Where does the name come from?
The Ametrine Crystal
The ametrine crystal is a fusion of the amethyst and citrine crystals. It is a unique crystal found in only one place on earth, Bolivia, South America. It is believed to be associated with properties which enhance the following;
- Realising one's vision,
- Wealth and prosperity,
- Clarity and concentration,
- Creativity,
- Optimism and well-being.
These properties are synonymous with my business and vision for my clients.
