Qualifications & experience

I have over 30 years experience working in public sector organisations, gaining qualifications and experience in coaching, mentoring, leadership development, conflict resolution, mediation, equality & diversity training and workshops, motivational and public speaking. In addition, I maintained a successful career, gaining promotions to management, where I engaged in motivating, leading, supporting and directing staff, critical incident management, dispute resolution and performance management. I hold a Master's Degree in Police Leadership. I became the first black female Inspector in the history of Merseyside Police, becoming the highest ranking black officer at that time, one of the achievements I am really proud of. I served as a detective practitioner and manager in the areas of child protection and serious crime. A sample of my experience is listed below;
